About the venue: the space

THE COUNTDOWN IS OFFICIALLY ON!!!

We are beyond excited to announce that the Renton High School Class of 2006 20-Year Reunion will be held at The Space in Columbia City—a beautiful, modern venue that gives us the perfect place to celebrate two decades of memories, milestones, and friendships.

Whether you haven't seen your classmates in a few months or a full 20 years, this space was selected with all of us in mind. It's welcoming, stylish, and designed for bringing people together—which is exactly what this reunion is all about.

Nestled in Seattle's historic Columbia City neighborhood, The Space offers an intimate and contemporary atmosphere with plenty of room to mingle, reconnect, dance, and celebrate. The venue features an open floor plan, modern furnishings, audio/visual capabilities, a prep kitchen, ADA accessibility, and comfortable indoor gathering spaces that will help make this an unforgettable evening.

🚗 Parking

Parking is available throughout the Columbia City neighborhood.

  • Free and paid street parking are available on surrounding streets.

  • Additional public parking lots are located within walking distance.

  • We encourage everyone to arrive a little early to allow time for parking.

  • If you're planning to enjoy the evening, consider carpooling or using Uber, Lyft, or another rideshare service.

🚈 Public Transportation

The venue is conveniently located just a short walk from the Columbia City Link Light Rail Station, making it an easy option for those traveling from Seattle, the Eastside, SeaTac, Renton, or surrounding communities.

One of the best parts about our venue is its location!

Columbia City is one of Seattle's most vibrant neighborhoods, filled with locally owned restaurants, cafés, wine bars, breweries, dessert spots, and shops. If you're arriving early or want to continue catching up after the reunion, there are plenty of places within walking distance to enjoy before or after the event.

The Space is an ADA-accessible venue with ground-level entry, making it comfortable and accessible for all of our classmates and guests.

📸 What to Expect

We're creating an evening centered around reconnecting and celebrating the incredible journey of the Class of 2006.

While we're still putting the finishing touches on the experience, here's what you can look forward to:

  • Plenty of time to reconnect with classmates

  • A DJ, 2-Event-Hosts, and live entertainment, featuring BurntMoney

  • Delicious food options and 2 drink tickets (included with your purchased ticket)

  • Fun photo opportunities

  • A relaxed, welcoming indoor/outdoor patio atmosphere

  • Lots of laughs, nostalgia, and new memories

Planning this reunion has truly been a labor of love, and we couldn't be more excited to celebrate this milestone with each of you. Twenty years is something special, and we wanted a venue that reflects just how meaningful this reunion will be.
